Returns Policy

SuperStores NG offers 72-hoursreturn window for items that meet the requirements for return. Please contact us via any of our contact channels within three (3) days of delivery and we will ensure you get resolution.

RETURNS PROCESS
  • STEP 1 : Send a complaint to help@superstores.ng, include picture(s) and order number(s) of items.
  • STEP 2 : We will validate your claim and inform you about the best means of sending back the item(s)
  • STEP 3 : We will send you a tracking number to enable you know the status of the return
  • STEP 4 : As soon as the item is received and it is established that the return policy was not violated, we will contact the seller to resolve as quickly as possible.
ITEMS NOT QUALIFIED FOR RETURN
  • Products that have been altered from their original or opened by an authorized personnel without permission.
  • Product with tampered or missing serial Universal Product Code numbers (UPC).
  • Products that have been defaced
  • Products damaged due to misuse.
  • Products in beauty, health and personal care category.
  • Jewelry, innerwear, bed sheets, lingerie and socks.
  • Books and CDs
