VFI CROWD-FUNDING SYSTEM TERMS & CONDITIONS
Welcome to the VFi Crowd Funding System (“the System”), a cooperative financial empowerment initiative operated by members of the Victorious Flourish Cooperative Multipurpose Society Limited (“VFi Cooperative”). By participating in this System, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions:
1. Membership and Ideology
The System is exclusively for members of the VFi Cooperative who share its core ideology of collective financial empowerment and mutual support. Participation signifies your commitment to these principles of cooperation and upliftment.
2. Nature of the System
The VFi Crowd Funding System is NOT an investment platform. It is a cooperative empowerment scheme designed to facilitate financial growth through mutual contributions and community participation.
The “seed” you plant in this System is a one-time contribution that serves as your entry and commitment. This seed is NON-REFUNDABLE under any circumstances.
3.The Seed Contribution
Your one-time seed contribution is a voluntary act of cooperation. While it is non-refundable, it has the potential to yield returns that may exceed the initial amount, provided that you actively participate and comply with all system rules and guidelines.
4. No Guarantee of Return
Although the goal of the System is to create financial benefit for members through collective effort, there is no guaranteed return or profit. Any earnings depend on your adherence to the system’s operational rules, timely participation, and the growth of the cooperative network.
5. Compliance with System Rules
You must make paTo maximize benefits and qualify for any distributions or rewards, you must strictly abide by all operational rules, procedural guidelines, and timelines established by the System. Failure to comply may result in disqualification from earnings or participation.
6. Risk Disclosure
Participation in the System entails certain risks, including the total loss of your seed contribution. You acknowledge and accept these risks as part of your voluntary cooperation in the Scheme.
7. Use of Contributions
All seed contributions are pooled and managed exclusively to support the cooperative’s empowerment initiatives as defined by VFi’s mission. Funds are not used for speculative investments but for sustaining and growing cooperative activities.
8. Transparency and Governance
The System operates under the governance of VFi Cooperative’s management and complies with relevant regulatory frameworks for cooperative societies. Members are encouraged to participate actively in governance and oversight functions.
9. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from participation in the System shall be resolved through amicable negotiation or mediation under the cooperative’s dispute resolution framework. Members waive the right to litigation as a first recourse.
10. Amendments to Terms
VFi Cooperative reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions to reflect changes in the System operations or regulatory requirements. Such amendments shall be communicated promptly to members.
11. Limitation of Liability
VFi Cooperative and its management shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your participation in the System, including loss of seed contribution or expected returns.
12. Acceptance of Terms
